奶油蒜味雞腿串

奶油蒜味雞腿串是一道美味的烤雞料理,雞腿肉搭配香濃的奶油和蒜香,風味十足。*濃郁的風味:奶油和蒜的結合帶來豐富的口感和香氣,讓雞肉更加美味。*柔嫩多汁:去骨雞腿肉本身就比較滑嫩,再加上醃製和烤制過程中的細心處理,確保雞肉多汁嫩口。

食材

  • 去骨雞腿肉, 兩大片
  • 蒜頭, 四小瓣
  • 奶油, 12g
  • 醃製醬料
  • 日式醬油, 兩大匙
  • 味霖, 兩大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備食材,雞腿肉切成約2.5X2.5cm的塊狀*在使用竹籤前,先將其浸泡在水中30分鐘,這樣可以避免在烤制過程中竹籤燒焦image步驟 2:醃製雞肉:將雞腿肉塊放入碗中,加入蒜片、日式醬油、味霖,約醃製30分鐘image步驟 3:準備烤串: 將醃製好的雞肉塊用竹籤串起來,每根竹籤可串上3~4塊雞肉。 放在烤盤上把蒜片跟奶油塊放在雞腿肉上image步驟 4:使用氣炸鍋,200度12分鐘。如使用烤箱,會建議先預熱,溫度到達後再放入烤培!image步驟 5:烤好的雞腿肉會釋放肉汁,把肉汁跟剩餘的醃料,放入鍋中煮滾,就是很棒的沾醬喔!image步驟 6:搭配一些烤蔬菜或者沙拉,不僅顏色豐富,還能增加營養和口感的層次。

    小撇步這道菜可以搭配清爽的沙拉或是一些烤蔬菜一起食用,更能凸顯其濃郁的奶油蒜香味。
