泰式涼拌小黃瓜

炎熱的天氣,還是需要來點清爽的涼拌菜酸甜微辣的泰式涼拌相當開胃冷藏後冰冰涼涼愈吃愈涮嘴夏天就是要這種簡單易做的零油煙小菜

食材

  • 小黃瓜, 6條
  • 蒜頭(切末), 4~5瓣
  • 糖, 1 1/2大匙
  • 鹽, 1小匙
  • 泰式甜雞醬, 4大匙
  • 香檬原汁(或檸檬汁), 2大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:小黃瓜洗淨後切段,對半切後用刀背將小黃瓜拍扁,去除小黃瓜子再對半切(呈1/4大小)。步驟 2:將切好的小黃瓜放入容器中,撒上鹽巴去除澀味及軟化小黃瓜,約3分鐘後用冷開水洗淨瀝乾。image步驟 3:蒜頭拌入以處理過的小黃瓜內,再加入糖、甜雞醬、香檬汁拌勻放入冷藏醃漬一晚即可。image步驟 4:如圖
