蒜辣鮮蝦義大利麵 自製辣油

煎過的白蝦香氣更濃郁.義大利麵吸飽蒜辣與鮮味.搭上,微辣的口感.在家也能做出餐廳等級的美味自製辣油參考

食材

  • 義大利麵, 200g
  • 鮮蝦, 10支
  • 辣油, 依喜好
  • 白酒, 20CC
  • 奶油, 10g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材準備:煮滾水放入義大利麵煮6-9分鐘約7分熟撈起備用奶油及自製辣油備用蝦子去殼去除腸泥備用image步驟 2:奶油熱鍋放入蝦子image步驟 3:灑上少許白酒使蝦子熟成image步驟 4:依喜好增添辣油image步驟 5:加入義大粒面與煎蝦的精華一同拌炒煮至收汁可依喜好增添鹹度調味image步驟 6:鋪上煎的噴香的白蝦 即可彭派上桌
