水果熱量與甜度無關 減重醫師傳授挑一類水果「享受甜度又不變胖」

許多民眾對於減肥期間是否應選擇甜度較低的水果感到疑惑,擔心甜度較高的水果會導致越減越肥。減重醫師蕭捷健表示,水果的熱量取決於種類,甜度並不會明顯影響熱量。因此,如果想要享用水果,可以選擇自己喜歡的甜度。若想攝取更健康的水果,則可以優先選擇升糖指數較低的水果。

三樹金鶯診所體重管理主治醫師蕭捷健在臉書粉專指出,水果的熱量取決於種類,與甜度關係不大。曾有學員詢問他為何挑選甜度較低的水果食用,卻仍無法減肥,主要原因是不甜的水果熱量也不一定較低,僅僅是甜度較低而已。

蕭捷健說明水果的甜味主要取決於果糖和葡萄糖的含量,然而這些糖分僅占總熱量的極小部分。事實上,水果的熱量主要來自於碳水化合物,而水果本身就屬於碳水化合物。以芭樂為例,甜度高低雖有差異,但熱量差距卻微乎其微。

蕭捷健進一步補充,以中等大小(約200克)的芭樂為例,其熱量約為68-80卡路里。即使芭樂甜度較高,糖分含量有所增加,總熱量變化亦不大,通常僅相差數卡而已。因此,蕭捷健建議民眾在享用芒果、鳳梨、西瓜等水果時,無須過於在意甜度,盡情享受美味即可,因為熱量差異微乎其微。

蕭捷健表示,若民眾有意攝取更健康的水果,可優先選擇升糖指數較低的水果,例如芭樂。芭樂的升糖指數與苺果相近,即使選擇甜度較高的芭樂,升糖指數亦不會顯著提升。
