月台座椅轉向防落軌「動線變障礙賽」 台鐵悄悄改回了

為防旅客落軌及跳軌,台鐵日前參考日本做法,在南港站、松山站、大肚站等3車站調整座椅方向,與軌道垂直,讓旅客不直接面對和直視軌道,不過搭手扶梯民眾卻認為動線宛如「跨越障礙賽」,近來台鐵悄悄調整了,手扶梯旁座椅改回與軌道平行。

由於台鐵原本規劃試辦月台座椅調整與軌道垂直方向,讓旅客不直接面對和直視軌道,是維護行車安全的研議措施之一,考量月台寬度、座椅型式及寬度與旅客動線,日前在南港、松山、大肚站等3車站推行,在不影響月台動線情況下調整座椅方向。

不過尖峰時段列車一停靠,大批下車旅客瞬間湧入手扶梯,由於排隊動線過長,排隊人龍反而得繞座椅而行,質疑座椅宛如「跨越障礙賽」。

台鐵事後則依照各車站旅客通行狀況進行檢討,近來南港站靠近手扶梯附近座椅已悄悄改回與軌道平行,取消不直視軌道方向,離手扶梯動線較遠處月台座椅,則仍維持與軌道垂直,不直視軌道。

台鐵公司表示,因多數車站月台空間不足,無法實施座椅調整與軌道垂直,至於已調整座椅與軌道垂直的南港站、松山站、大肚站等3車站,日前也授權各車站考量旅客動線情況,自行評估決定是否改回與軌道平行,目前部分靠近手扶梯或主要動線處已調回與軌道平行。
