韓式泡菜豆腐鍋

【韓式泡菜豆腐鍋】用富含免疫力的蔥、蒜和韓式辣椒粉取代重口味的韓式大醬, 煸炒後加入少許肉末熬煮成高湯, 依喜好加入喜歡的配料及少許泡菜調味, 紅通通的湯頭喝起來滋味醇厚,微微的辛辣去除體內濕氣,辣度也是小孩可以接受的範圍, 鹹度主要來自於泡菜如果喜歡重口味可以自己在增添, 煸炒過後的湯頭堆疊各種香氣,絕對和妳平常喝的不一樣。

  • 韓式辣椒粉, 衣喜好
  • 韓式泡菜, 50g
  • 豬絞肉, 50g
  • 豬肉片, 80g
  • 豆腐, 一盒
  • 雞蛋, 2顆
  • 蔥花, 依喜好
  • 年糕條, 依喜好
  • 蒜末, 5-6瓣
