零難度「黑胡椒牛柳」白飯殺手!!

這一道「黑胡椒牛柳」真的是白飯殺手~微微辣滋味不得不多吃點飯(笑)

食材

  • 牛柳, 1盒
  • 黑胡椒醬, 1包
  • 洋蔥絲, 少許
  • [醃料]
  • 醬油、米酒及沙拉油, 各1大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:直接使用一小包的黑胡椒肉片醬,方便又省事~image步驟 2:先將牛柳用醃料抓勻。image步驟 3:先將洋蔥絲炒香後放入牛柳炒熟。image步驟 4:倒入黑胡椒醬拌炒,怕太辣可以少加或是加點水稀釋。image步驟 5:香噴噴「黑胡椒牛柳」上桌囉~image步驟 6:牛柳肉嫩~~醬汁又好下飯!!
