🍺鹽烤魚下巴

忙碌之餘,最喜歡這樣的料理-簡單調味、丟進烤箱,等待「噹」ㄧ道清脆聲響就能上菜。油脂豐厚肥美的魚下巴,鹽烤最能體現食材真味,淋上檸檬汁去腥解膩,依喜好沾取胡椒鹽增添風味,倒上一大杯啤酒ㄧ起享用,教人大呼過癮。

食材

  • 魚下巴, 300g
  • 檸檬角, 1個
  • 調味料
  • 米酒, 1大匙
  • 鹽巴, 少許
  • 胡椒粉, 少許
  • 橄欖油, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:魚下巴洗淨拭乾水份,抹上米酒與鹽巴,烤盤或烤架塗上少許橄欖油,魚皮朝上擺在烤盤(架)上,烤箱230度烘烤20-30分鐘。image步驟 2:淋上檸檬汁,蘸胡椒鹽享用。
