泡菜炒肉片

這道料理,泡菜炒肉片不僅可以快速上桌,且幾乎零失敗率,這次主角使用火鍋肉片以及泡菜,食材方便購買,成品美味!稱得上是受歡迎料理🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

食材

  • 火鍋肉片(豬牛都可), 200克
  • 韓式泡菜, 一碗
  • 蒜泥, 1.5大匙
  • 蔥, 大量
  • 日式醬油, 適量
  • 味霖或糖, 斟酌
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:入鍋,鍋中放少許油,放入蒜泥以及蔥白,*請事先將蔥白與蔥綠分開切細,這道料理加入大量的蔥,蔥與泡菜結合,會讓這道料理更加美味image步驟 2:將蒜泥以及蔥白炒出香氣image步驟 3:放入已完全解凍的火鍋肉片,*我這次用牛肉片,肉的品項可以自行斟酌image步驟 4:將火鍋肉片翻炒至3-5分熟(豬肉可以炒至8-9分熟)image步驟 5:加入泡菜,繼續翻炒,讓肉片與泡菜味道相容,因為肉片很薄,所以翻炒一下子就很容易入味了!image步驟 6:最後加入大量蔥花,並自行嘗試味道,再自行斟酌是否調味!因為各家泡菜品牌以及各家口味鹹淡度不同!我做後有加一點日式醬油與味霖增加風味image步驟 7:即可上桌享用,上桌可在上頭撒上白芝麻增加視覺感與風味
