水波爐「鹽烤鯖魚」皮酥肉嫩!!

用水波爐就能輕鬆做出居酒屋的「鹽烤鯖魚」皮酥脆內又嫩~~沾點胡椒超好吃!!

食材

  • 鯖魚, 1片
  • 鹽, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:先將鯖魚擦乾水份後灑些許鹽抹一抹~image步驟 2:放入水波爐使用「鹽烤鮭魚」行程、時間約20分鐘(或烤箱180度15-20分鐘)在烤鯖魚的同時可以烹煮其他餐點,完全不用顧它(笑)image步驟 3:超省事的「鹽烤鯖魚」簡單上桌!!image步驟 4:看看這酥脆的外皮是不是跟日式居酒屋的一樣(笑)image步驟 5:魚肉吃起來帶嫩不乾柴~擠點檸檬沾些許胡椒真的超美味!!配瓶啤酒也很讚(笑)
