低卡美味的前菜簡單做~海明威蘑菇

海明威蘑菇

海明威蘑菇Champignon Rellenos是一道傳統的西班牙小菜,因為是大文豪海明威喜歡的下酒小菜,所以稱為海明威蘑菇;做法和食材都很簡單,也是一道低卡的料理,作爲前菜很可以。

食材

  • 蘑菇, 20朵
  • 培根, 3片
  • 蒜頭, 2瓣
  • 洋蔥, 1/4顆
  • 馬薩瑞拉起司條, 40克
  • 巴西里葉或蔥花, 少許
  • 調味料
  • 白酒或米酒, 1湯匙
  • 鹽, 5茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:蒜頭和洋蔥切末、培根切小丁;蘑菇用廚房紙巾擦乾淨,將蒂頭轉下來,如果取不完全,可以用小茶匙挖,image步驟 2:取下的蒂頭要留下來切碎;image步驟 3:鍋燒熱下少許橄欖油,先將培根炒香炒出油;image步驟 4:再放蒜末和洋蔥末,炒出香氣;image步驟 5:放蘑菇梗碎拌炒,image步驟 6:延鍋邊放酒,快速翻炒,再用鹽和胡椒粉調味,記得試味道,因為培根有鹹度,所以鹽不用放太多;image步驟 7:炒好後放涼;image步驟 8:烤箱預熱到180度,把蘑菇放在鋪了烘焙紙的烤盤上;image步驟 9:先填入放涼的餡料,再擺上起司條;image步驟 10:入烤箱烤10分鐘到起司上色,然後擺盤好撒上巴西里葉或蔥花即可。
