洗草莓先去蒂頭錯了! 譚敦慈教「5步驟」超乾淨

冬天就是要吃草莓!酸甜多汁的好滋味深受大人小孩喜愛,不過因草莓果肉嬌嫩,該如何清洗才能不破壞表皮又能洗淨殘留的農藥?對此,無毒教母譚敦慈分享「簡單5清洗步驟」,首先輕輕拔除葉子勿傷蒂頭,並將草莓放入盆內以流動清水沖洗10分鐘,放至濾水網上瀝乾,最後切除蒂頭就能安心享用。

林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科護理師譚敦慈在個人粉專指出,不當地清洗容易傷了草莓、影響口感及保存,她建議草莓的清洗方式應如下:

1:將草莓葉子輕輕拔除,不要傷到蒂頭

2:先將盆子蓄水,並將草莓置放於盆中,先輕輕沖洗後撈起

3:盆中再次蓄水放入草莓,然後用如一根竹筷子粗細的流動清水沖洗約10分鐘(草莓會浮起來可以蓋個盤子讓草莓泡於水中)

4:撈起草莓置放濾水網上瀝乾水分(瀝乾水分較好保存)

5:切除蒂頭享用草莓(沒吃完的草莓要放冰箱保存)

有網友在PO文底下留言發問,「請問坊間蔬果清潔劑可以使用嗎?」、「需要泡鹽水嗎?需要浸泡多久?」譚敦慈則回覆,根據目前研究顯示,去除農藥的方法「就是用水」。她也強調,洗蔬果千萬不要加鹽、小蘇打或醋,因實驗證明此舉會使蔬果殘留農藥。

營養師楊斯涵曾在粉專說明,草莓屬於低GI水果,可幫助瘦身,一份(170公克)僅有68.7大卡。其富含維生素C、鞣花酸、花青素等抗氧化物,對癌症、心血管疾病、代謝症候群、神經相關疾病亦有保護作用。不過,因草莓屬於高鉀水果,腎臟病患者須酌量食用;其富含草酸,有結石體質者,則需適量攝取並搭配大量水分。
