電鍋料理「豬心湯」暖心的回甘滋味!!

記得小時候外婆經常燉「豬心湯」給全家人享用,回甘的湯頭真的讓人很回味,直接用電鍋就能簡單完成喔!!

食材

  • 豬心, 1顆
  • 水, 適量
  • 鹽, 少許
  • 紅棗及枸杞, 少許
  • 蔘鬚, 1小把
  • 川芎, 2片
  • 當歸, 1片
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備的中藥材~~我是直接到中藥材行跟老闆說要豬心湯的藥材,就幫我直接配了這些!!image步驟 2:鍋中放入豬心(市場已處理好整顆或切片)、水、紅棗、枸杞及蔘鬚等。image步驟 3:電鍋外鍋以一杯水加熱。image步驟 4:開關跳起之後,放入川芎及當歸並蓋上蓋子悶15分鐘、最後以鹽稍微調味。image步驟 5:熱呼呼的「豬心湯」用電鍋真的超方便的耶!!image步驟 6:每一口都是回甘又清甜的滋味、豬心口感微Q帶脆,就是那種小時候記憶中的味道呀!!
