水果奶酪迷你派

零廚藝快速甜點!可更換自己喜歡的水果,檸檬香氣的Cream Cheese 增添了迷你派的滑潤口感,早餐增添元氣,茶點恢復動力唷~~

食材

  • 派皮, 3片
  • cream cheese, 50g
  • 檸檬汁, 1tsp
  • 檸檬皮, 適量
  • 香草精, 1/4tsp
  • 糖, 1tbsp
  • 蛋液, 適量
  • 水果, 適量
  • 彩色砂糖(白)非必要, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:cream cheese + 檸檬汁 +檸檬皮 + 糖 + 香草精混合均勻。image步驟 2:派皮以模具切出圓形。image步驟 3:再壓出稍小的圓形。如模具未能劃斷表層連結,最好用刀稍微切割,但不要連底部都切斷唷。image步驟 4:內圓圈以叉子戳洞。此動作及上步驟都是讓中央派皮不要澎起。image步驟 5:塗上檸檬奶酪,擺上水果。奶酪不適合過多,以免溢出。image步驟 6:邊邊塗上蛋液,撒上彩色砂糖(白)。送入預熱好的烤箱烤約15-18mins。
