為打破台東夜晚「好山、好水、好無聊」的刻板印象,營業至凌晨兩點的「肆零陸串燒酒場」,去年6月在台東市區全新開張,這是一間集合串燒、鍋物、炸物、熱炒、燒烤的深夜食堂,夜晚也能大快朵頤。

台東店家都很早關門,半夜想覓食前往肆零陸串燒酒場就對了!翻開菜單,烤串、熱炒、炸物,宵夜想吃的菜品幾乎都在上面,且價格也平易近人,點多點少就依當時飢腸轆轆的程度來決定。

店名肆零陸就是門牌號碼,提供鍋物、串燒、炸物、熱炒、燒烤等菜式,品項超級多元。

台東的深夜食堂吃得到來自在地的山珍,像是以台東關山剝皮辣椒醃製的「剝皮辣椒牛五花」,再來一份使用台東溫體豬,加入胡椒、花椒和五香等中藥材醃製的「鹽烤五花肉」,烤至外皮焦脆、肉質彈牙不油膩。
