塔香蛤蜊

這是我們家很受歡迎的蛤蜊料理之一,不是走清淡路線,而是濃郁重口味,鹹甜好滋味,充滿九層塔的香氣,不僅超級下飯,搭配啤酒也好棒啊~極推薦這道料理,給喜愛重口味蛤蜊的朋友們

食材

  • 主材料
  • 蛤蜊, 400g
  • 蒜頭4大瓣, 約30g
  • 老薑, 3片
  • 辣椒(可省略), 1根
  • 九層塔葉一小把, 約10g
  • 米酒, 1大匙
  • 醬汁
  • 砂糖, 2小匙
  • 開水, 1大匙
  • 白胡椒粉, 少許
  • 麻油, 1小匙
  • 醬油, 1大匙
  • 醬油膏, 1大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:我直接買已經吐好沙的蛤蜊,可省去一些處理時間。醬汁調好備用,蒜頭去皮拍扁,老薑切片,九層塔去梗只取葉,辣椒切小圈狀。image步驟 2:鍋子加少許麻油,放入蒜頭及薑片,以小火炒至傳出香氣後,倒入蛤蜊。image步驟 3:米酒沿著鍋邊一圈澆入。image步驟 4:倒入醬汁,蓋上鍋蓋,以中火煮到蛤蜊打開。image步驟 5:蛤蜊打開後,馬上把九層塔和辣椒放入,拌炒均勻即完成。image步驟 6:味道超級香,吃起來也很下飯,趁熱吃最讚了!

    小撇步*如果不吃辣,可以省略辣椒。
