夏天吹冷氣反而不舒服?中醫教4招擊退「冷氣病」

炎炎夏日,很多人都會在室內開冷氣,但一些人吹冷氣吹久了,可能會出現頭痛、鼻敏感、哮喘、胸悶、手腳冰冷、下肢無力、精神不濟等不適症狀。對此,台北潤中醫診所艾莉絲院長表示,其實這就是俗稱的「冷氣病」,建議長時間待在冷氣房裡的人喝薑茶去除體內寒氣、刮痧散熱排毒、按摩合谷穴和風池穴、喝蔥白湯助排汗,以舒緩冷氣病。

艾莉絲在臉書專頁《艾莉絲學姊 中醫皮膚科專科醫師》發文指出,長時間待在冷氣房的上班族,可適時飲用薑茶去除體內寒氣,只需取2片薑片、加入300c.c.熱水、蓋上蓋子悶泡約5至10分鐘,一天飲用1、2杯即可,但若已經出現感冒症狀,最好不要飲用薑茶。

艾莉絲提到,從中醫來看,刮痧可擴張微血管,散去體內熱氣和毒素;從西醫角度看,體熱意味發炎,刮痧可排出紅腫熱痛,但刮痧不必刮出紫斑,只要刮到出痧點即有效;平時上班忙裡偷閒時,也可按壓「合谷穴」促進頭頸血液循環,或按壓「風池穴」緩解頭痛和頸肩筋骨痠痛。

艾莉絲分享,蔥白可促進循環並發汗,感冒初期出現鼻塞、怕冷或肌肉痠痛,可喝熱蔥白湯緩解不適,只需切幾根蔥白放入滾水中煮沸,趁熱飲用,就能有效治療風寒型過敏。
