是你嗎?逾半國人每天久坐6小時不動 運動量低成隱形殺手

根據國健署110年調查,台灣18歲以上國人有超過54%身體活動不足,平均每天久坐時間高達6.1小時,反映出久坐生活型態已成為全民健康隱憂。對此,總統賴清德今(22)日在主持「健康台灣推動委員會第4次會議」時表示,打造健康台灣的下一步,就是要讓全民有感,政府將推動四大策略,提升運動參與率、建立健康生活新常態。

賴清德指出,健康台灣政策自去年啟動後,已有初步成效,包括國人平均壽命從79歲延長至82歲,不健康餘命占比也從10%降至8%。不過,根據世界衛生組織(WHO)指出,缺乏運動已是全球主要致死風險因子之一,因此推動全民規律運動勢在必行。他強調:「健康投資應從小做起,要讓運動成為全民生活的一部分。」

為此,政府將從「營造社會氛圍」、「建構支持性環境」、「提升自主健康意識」及「整合資訊系統」四大面向推動,並訂出2030年較2021年身體活動人口數增加15%的目標,預估需增加約141萬名12歲以上民眾規律運動。

衛福部次長周志浩補充,運動的好處不只改善健康,也能減少醫療支出、增強國防體能,並降低總死亡率。他呼籲大眾無論多忙碌,都應善用零碎時間運動,例如步行、搭車提前下車、做簡單的伸展操,都能逐步培養運動習慣。

根據110年國民健康訪問調查,青少年身體活動不足率高達82%,65歲以上也有64%,各年齡層皆須加強體能活動。教育部也將配合強化中小學體育課程,引導學生從小養成規律運動的好習慣。
