喝無糖茶也有禁忌! 醫列出「4大誤區」:這樣喝才安心

近日立院三讀通過免除無糖飲品15%貨物稅,希望藉此鼓勵國人選擇較健康的無糖飲品,但醫師指出若無糖茶飲喝法不對反而可能適得其反。婦產科醫師邱筱宸分享4種喝茶迷思,例如飯後喝茶馬上喝茶會干擾鐵質和鈣質的吸收,且許多人認為空腹喝濃茶可以養生,但這樣做反而會引起胃痛和影響消化。

邱筱宸在臉書專頁分享,茶含有「兒茶素(Catechins)」,其中綠茶含量較多,具有抗氧化、抗發炎與潛在的抗癌效果,「黃酮類」則有利心血管健康;「咖啡因」能提神、提高注意力;而「L-茶胺酸」有助於放鬆、減緩焦慮。適量喝茶可能有助於降低代謝症候群、心血管疾病及部分癌症風險。

而「喝茶4大誤區」,邱筱宸首先指出「空腹喝濃茶」可能會因為茶中含有的單寧酸造成胃痛並影響消化;而「飯後馬上喝茶」,則可能因單寧酸干擾鐵質吸收、草酸影響鈣質吸收,尤其是素食者和女性需特別注意,建議餐後至少間隔1小時再飲用。

此外,邱醫師強調「喝茶也不能減重」,茶飲雖有助於代謝但不會直接消除脂肪,減重仍需依靠飲食控制與運動。對於市售飲品,他提醒冷泡茶或瓶裝茶不一定健康,若市售瓶裝茶加糖,等於攝取加糖香精水,建議選擇無糖或自己沖泡。茶飲每日飲用量以2到3杯為宜,餐後應間隔1小時以上再喝,並避免睡前喝茶,以免影響睡眠品質。
