「白飯算原型食物」 醫揭肥胖關鍵:重點不是碳水本人

知名網紅醫師、YouTuber蒼藍鴿(本名吳其穎)表示,飯絕對算原型食物,當然選擇糙米飯、全穀飯更佳。營養師高敏敏也表示,白飯一直被部分妖魔化,白土司、蛋糕、餅乾、白麵條這些才是真的該少碰。

蒼藍鴿在臉書說,原型食物碳水一直都不是問題,你很少會看到單純白飯吃太多而肥胖的人;但精製加工碳水就是大問題,你會遇到一堆喜歡吃滷肉飯、炒飯、白醬義大利麵、拉麵、鍋貼水餃水煎包而過重的人。

蒼藍鴿指出,重點真的不是碳水本人,而是精製加工碳水中的高油及添加糖,「白飯絕對算原型食物,當然選擇糙米飯、全穀飯更佳。」

高敏敏也曾在臉書表示,白飯一直被部分妖魔化,其實白飯熱量一碗頂多280卡左右,還有8g蛋白質欸,一天一定要有一餐吃白飯(一個拳頭的份量),晚餐再吃原型食物就好。

高敏敏指出,拿飯來做為一餐當中的主食,好處其實很多:

白飯當主食好處多

1、穩定血糖,不容易餓

2、提供飽足感,飯後不亂吃

3、幫助腸胃蠕動,排便更順暢

4、大腦熱量的主要來源,讓你更有精神

怎麼吃更健康?

1、白飯+糙米或胚芽米,營養更均衡!

2、一天至少一餐有白飯,一個拳頭大小剛剛好!

3、晚餐以原型食物為主,少吃加工食品。

別怕澱粉,怕的是精緻澱粉!

高敏敏強調,白土司、蛋糕、餅乾、白麵條…這些才是真的該少碰,健康飲食不是全戒,而是學會正確選擇!
