冬日泡湯別再貪杯了! 急診醫點名熱休克好發族群留心
【NOW健康 陳郁茹/台北報導】冬日泡湯讓人放鬆,隨著春節連假來臨,許多民眾會安排溫泉之旅,然而臺北市立聯合醫院中興院區急診科主任洪子堯特別點名,本身為心腦血管疾病、糖尿病、老年人、服用安眠鎮靜藥品或血壓藥、飲酒者在泡湯時需要警惕「熱休克」的發生,以免面臨致命風險。民眾泡湯要注意! 別輕忽熱休克風險日本被譽為泡湯大國,也是台灣人最愛旅遊之地,但據統計每年因為熱休克奪走上萬人命。洪子堯表示,當人體進入高溫的溫泉時,下肢和周邊血管會因受熱而放鬆,血液循環流向四肢,導致供應腦部或心臟的血流減少。這對於供應腦部血流的頸動脈有狹窄、或心臟冠狀動脈部分阻塞的患者來說,可能因瞬間血液不足而增加腦中風或心肌梗塞的風險。洪子堯指出,民眾若從高溫池突然離開至冰冷的空氣環境,血管迅速收縮,也可能造成腦部或心臟血流瞬間下降,甚至引發血栓,帶來猝死危機。此外,泡溫泉會導致出汗增加,水分流失若未及時補充,可能造成脫水或血壓波動。而飲酒或服用特定藥物(如安眠藥、鎮靜藥、血管擴張劑、降壓藥),更可能加重意識模糊或血管過度放鬆,增加溺水或跌倒的風險。安全泡湯守則 控時、保暖很重要民眾如何增加泡湯的安全性?洪子堯建議,只要採取以下措施,便能降低風險,安心享受泡湯:▸「漸進式」入池與出池:泡湯時應先將雙腳或下肢浸入水中,適應溫度後再逐步浸泡全身;離池時也應先露出上半身,等待3至5分鐘,確認無不適再完全離開。▸控制泡湯時間:每次泡湯以10至15分鐘為宜,過程中適時休息。▸補充水分:泡湯前後記得適度補充水分,避免脫水引發問題。▸避免單獨泡湯:尤其是年長者或患有疾病的朋友,務必結伴同行,以防突發情況無人協助。▸遠離酒精與藥物干擾:泡湯前後應避免飲酒或服用影響血壓與意識的藥物。最後,洪子堯提醒,冬日泡溫泉是許多人放鬆的首選,但在泡湯之餘,也別忘了注意健康與安全,漸進式的入浴、出池,留意身體警訊和保暖,快樂迎接新春!# 首圖來源/Freepik更多NOW健康報導▸寒冬泡湯愈久愈好? 心臟內科醫師告訴你泡湯的宜與忌▸天冷心血管猝死多!心肌梗塞無徵兆? 4種人風險最高NOW健康:社群 │ 影音 │ 官網 │ 醫級邦 │ 健康安妞 Podcast❤溫馨提醒:歡迎轉傳「原始文章連結」分享,未經授權,請勿複製圖文轉貼本文。
