腦子停不下來?很累卻越睡越清醒 醫師推1方法:讓睡眠回歸本能
現代人生活步調快速,不少人即便白天忙碌、精疲力盡,躺上床卻仍難以入睡。明明眼皮沉重,腦子卻像開會般停不下來,越想休息越清醒。基因醫師張家銘指出,這種現象不只是偶爾的睡不好,而是一種典型的「情緒相關失眠」(Emotion‑related Insomnia),常伴隨焦慮、情緒不穩與壓力荷爾蒙過高。情緒相關失眠,不只是睡不著基因醫師張家銘在粉絲專頁分享,「情緒相關失眠」(Emotion‑related Insomnia),這類失眠不只有睡不著那麼簡單,往往伴隨著:焦慮、情緒不穩、自律神經失衡、壓力荷爾蒙皮質醇過高,當大腦運作節奏與身體修復節奏脫節時,就很容易陷入惡性循環。研究證實:規律運動能安撫過度活躍的大腦張醫師指出,許多患者嘗試安眠藥、助眠茶或冥想等方式助眠,但真正能讓大腦放慢運轉、重拾自然節奏的方法,其實是運動。今年在《BMJ Evidence‑Based Medicine》發表的研究指出,規律運動不只是改善睡眠品質,更能安撫過度活躍的大腦。中等強度的規律運動,尤其是結合有氧與阻力訓練的「混合運動」,可調節下視丘‑腦垂體‑腎上腺軸、降低皮質醇濃度、提升副交感神經活性,幫助身體從「戰鬥模式」切換回「修復模式」。他建議:每週可安排3至5次、每次約30分鐘的中等強度運動,例如快走、慢跑、游泳、腳踏車、搭配伸展與輕量阻力訓練即可。重點不在極度用力,而在節奏感,讓身體與大腦一起進入活動後的放鬆。倘若是那種「腦袋停不下來、情緒容易焦慮」的族群,他建議可再加入身心運動如太極、瑜伽、氣功或深呼吸練習,這類運動透過穩定呼吸、緩慢動作,有助刺激副交感神經、減少睡前雜念。兩週見效,睡眠回歸本能許多患者在開始規律運動2週後即感受到改善,白天專注力提升、情緒較穩定,晚上入睡時間縮短、半夜醒來次數也減少。他表示,這並非錯覺,而是身體真的在「校準節奏」,當自律神經找到平衡、皮質醇下降、褪黑激素分泌恢復,就能讓身體在夜間自然進入修復。張醫師總結道,如果覺得腦子停不下來,請不要責怪自己。那只是身體在告訴你:壓力太滿了。先讓身體動起來,讓心跳與呼吸重新對頻。當身體找回節奏,大腦也會學會安靜。睡眠,不再是奢侈,而是回歸本能。 LINE今日起停止支援舊版APP 三大族群將受影響高溫假有望成真?預計年底送審 勞團呼籲同步研議「低溫假」
