減肥戒碳水就能瘦?醫師破除NG「戒碳水減脂迷思」,碳水這樣吃穩定血糖、不怕復胖!
想要維持好體態,很多人會透過只吃單一食物,或是「戒碳水」的方式,在短時間內確實會有感體重減輕,但也很容易造成身體反撲而復胖!京都堂中醫林巧薇中醫師這次就來破解大家最常見的「戒碳水減重迷思」,想要瘦得有感又持久,正確的碳水攝取方法快跟學起來!  「戒碳水」小心越減越肥?source:pexels「我在減肥,不碰碳水!」在減肥的路上,相信妞妞們多少都有耳聞或自己親身執行過「戒碳水」減肥法吧?大多數人認知的「戒碳水」,是拒絕所有的碳水化合物,但林巧薇中醫師提醒,戒碳水是要避免「精緻碳水」,而非將碳水完全視為減重時的敵人,只專注在蛋白質上,雖然前期會看到很好的成效,但這也容易造成減重過程中遇到瓶頸期,甚至對健康造成影響。  source:pexels中醫觀點強調「五穀為養」,而碳水化合物屬於「五穀」,是身體主要的能量來源,也和五臟六腑的健康息息相關,是脾胃運化的重要物質,可以補益脾胃、滋養氣血,有助於腸道蠕動,如果長期缺乏碳水化合物,便會導致脾胃虛弱,甚至由於脾胃運化失常,引起水濕停聚,形成痰濕,進而造成體重停滯。碳水化合物也是氣血生化的重要來源,如果完全不吃碳水化合物則會出現氣血虧虛現象,導致代謝減慢,同時忌碳水也是相對違反人性,若前面越極端戒斷,後面恐反彈成暴食狀態。   如何挑選「好碳水」?既然碳水化合物對身體的運作很重要,那對於正在體重控管的人,又該如何挑選呢?林巧薇醫師說明,白米、白麵條、白吐司等都屬於精緻碳水,就是透過加工、烹調處理,將「有生機」的東西去除掉,如胚芽裡的營養素,這類精緻碳水就容易使血糖飆升快速,而「好的碳水」像是糙米、燕麥、紫米、黑米,這些都可以取代白米和精緻澱粉,也可以多攝取山藥、芋頭、南瓜等富含膳食纖維、維生素B群和礦物質,可以有效穩定血糖,促進排便。   每日建議攝取的碳水量source:pexels控制碳水攝取量,也有助控制血糖!雖然碳水化合物對身體代謝很重要,但在攝取的份量上還是要拿捏,林巧薇醫師建議,碳水化合物的攝取應佔每日總熱量的45%~65%,也別忘了要搭配蛋白質與健康脂肪,如堅果、豆類、魚類等幫助肌肉合成,穩定血糖,足夠的肌肉量才是不復胖的關鍵。另外搭配蔬菜也可以提供豐富的膳食纖維,維生素、礦物質等,幫助提升飽足感,也可以控制血糖,延緩血糖飆高。
