夜間戶外運動更「傷心」! 醫:夜間空污濃度比想像高
【NOW健康 辰蘊如/台北報導】35歲的張先生每晚9點下班後都會沿著路街慢跑1小時,持續半年後開始感到胸悶、呼吸不順,就醫檢查發現肺功能下降,醫師詢問才發現問題出在夜跑時段。許多人選擇夜間運動,認為氣溫涼爽、時間充裕,卻不知這個時段可能讓肺部承受更大負擔。因為夜晚並非運動好時機,空氣污染物在此時濃度往往最高。夜間污染物被困地表 運動反而吸入髒空氣太陽下山後地表快速降溫,冷空氣沉在地面被上方暖空氣壓住,就像城市上空加了鍋蓋。汽機車廢氣、工業污染物、細懸浮微粒等有害物質無法向上飄散,全部堆積在地表。因此,夜間這種氣象條件出現時,細懸浮微粒濃度增加超過5成,當地醫院呼吸道與心血管疾病患者也明顯增多,尤其是對於兒童與老年人等族群。國泰醫院胸腔外科劉祖豪醫師指出,運動時呼吸量是平常好幾倍,靜止時每分鐘吸入約12公升空氣,運動時可暴增到100公升。若在污染較重的夜間運動,等於把大量髒空氣直接送進肺部。而長期處於空氣品質差的環境運動會引發肺部發炎、損害肺功能。更嚴重的是,微小顆粒可穿透肺泡進入血液,傷害血管、增加血液凝結風險,提高心肌梗塞與中風機率。室內運動場也很好! 遠離馬路相對更安全原本運動是想能改善心血管健康,但在污染環境下運動,這些好處會被抵消甚至產生反效果。劉祖豪醫師建議,可以在下午時段是太陽照射讓空氣對流,污染物向上擴散稀釋,算是一天中空氣品質較好的,盡量找公園綠地等遠離交通要道的區域。再來就是選擇室內運動場,維持室內環境品質良好的場域就不限時間也較為安全。劉祖豪醫師提醒,當細懸浮微粒濃度每立方公尺超過50微克,有呼吸道、心血管疾病、年長者或孕婦應完全避免戶外運動,改到室內場館,或是應縮短時間或降低強度。若濃度超過100微克,建議所有人都暫停戶外運動。若運動時出現喉嚨刺痛、咳嗽、胸悶、呼吸困難等症狀,應立即停止並休息。選對運動時機與地點,才能讓每次流汗真正為健康加分。# 首圖來源/Freepik更多NOW健康報導▸近視是一種疾病!醫籲兒童近視及早控制 避免高度近視▸啟動棕色脂肪代謝力 燃燒熱量、控制體重改善血糖血脂NOW健康:FB │ IG │ Threads │ YT │ 官方LINE │ 醫級邦 │ 健康安妞 Podcast❤溫馨提醒:歡迎轉傳「原始文章連結」分享,未經授權,請勿複製圖文轉貼本文。
