喝可樂會減少壽命?一杯少活12分鐘 美研究:吃「這些」能增壽
最新研究指出,「喝可樂」可能會悄悄影響「健康壽命」。研究團隊以「健康營養指數(Health Nutritional Index)」為基礎,計算食用食物後對健康的益處或負面影響,判斷其對壽命的增減;研究指出,一杯可樂可能使「健康壽命」減少約12分鐘。根據《unilad》報導,這項由美國密西根大學(University of Michigan)研究團隊的斯蒂利亞諾(Katerina Stylianou)與喬利耶(Olivier Jolliet)主導的研究,基於「全球疾病負擔」(Global Burden of Disease)資料庫,納入環境、代謝與行為等15項飲食風險因素,並整合超過6,000個與年齡、性別及疾病相關的風險數據來估算每一食物的影響。研究顯示,一杯可樂可能使「健康壽命」減少約12分鐘,而一根熱狗則可能縮短約36分鐘。而堅果與種子等食物則可帶來正面效益,每30克的堅果與種子可為「健康壽命」多帶來增加約25分鐘。研究團隊指出,若將日常飲食中10%的牛肉與加工肉類熱量,替換為全穀、蔬果、豆類、堅果或部分海鮮,平均每天可增加48分鐘的「健康壽命」。不過,喬利耶也提醒,這樣的數據並非絕對,它提供的是「小幅度、目標明確的替換策略」,適用於在現有飲食方案內進行微調時做參考,而不是要每餐都嚴格計算,或進行劇烈改變。多年獨自照顧父母!哥哥姊姊未盡孝 妹妹淚訴「遺產寧可全給貓」網傳「存款沒動被合法充公」? 事實查核平台闢謠:內容農場不具可靠性
