吃飽就想睡?「暈碳」讓身體偷偷囤脂  減重醫教你3招吃碳水不發胖
不少人吃飽後會有一種想打盹的感覺,甚至認為這是「幸福感」的表現。然而減重醫師蕭捷健在臉書發文指出,這種現象其實是俗稱的「暈碳」,背後反映的是血糖劇烈波動與脂肪儲存機制啟動,而非單純的飽足或放鬆。什麼是暈碳?吃太快、空腹暴食都可能「血糖雲霄飛車」許多人為了減肥會刻意不吃澱粉,或長時間空腹後一次性大量進食,造成血糖急速升降。蕭捷健指出,血糖在短時間內快速上升時,胰臟會釋放大量胰島素以控制血糖。這時能量被迅速轉存至脂肪細胞,就像把熱量直接送進「肚子、大腿倉庫」。隨後血糖因胰島素作用快速下降,容易出現手抖、無力、想睡的典型「暈碳」現象。醫師強調,這不只是吃飽後想休息,而是身體在承受「暴衝後暴跌」的代謝壓力,也會讓下一餐更餓,增加脂肪囤積風險。暈碳怎麼避免?3招穩血糖,減脂不挨餓蕭捷健提出3項原則,建議民眾「好好吃碳水」,不必完全戒澱粉。澱粉先穿防彈衣:飯前先吃蛋白質與蔬菜,減緩血糖上升速度。挑慢消化碳水:以地瓜、糙米、燕麥等原型食物為主,減少白飯、白麵條等精製澱粉。總量分散攝取:一日多餐分次吃碳水,避免一餐爆量後血糖劇烈波動。蕭捷健也建議,可參考「碳水循環」方式調整飲食,讓身體在燃脂與能量供應間維持平衡。蕭捷健提醒,若吃完飯精神仍佳,代表這餐碳水吃得恰當,也減少脂肪囤積的機會。「這樣配更不健康」你吃鹹酥雞一定要搭炸九層塔嗎? 營養師揭4大危害醫學史上的意外!糖尿病用藥成「明星最強減肥神器」 百萬網紅揭祕:靠「騙大腦」變瘦
