冷氣病不只頭痛!這些症狀也會找上你 小心「自律神經失衡」
 隨著全球氣溫屢創新高,冷氣成為居家與辦公室不可或缺的設備。但你是否曾經在冷氣房裡待久了,反而感到頭暈、疲倦、眼乾鼻塞?小心,這可能不是單純的疲勞,而是所謂的「冷氣病」。  冷氣病是什麼?所謂冷氣病,並非一種正式醫學病名,而是指長時間處於空調環境下所產生的一連串身體不適症狀。最常見包括:頭暈、頭痛、注意力不集中鼻塞、流鼻水、喉嚨乾癢眼睛乾澀、皮膚乾燥、疲倦倦怠女性族群可能特別容易出現症狀造成這些症狀的主因,多與室內外溫差過大、空氣不流通、濕度過低、自律神經失調等因素有關。為何會出現這些問題?室內外溫差過大冷氣房內動輒設定在22°C以下,與室外超過35°C的氣溫落差,會讓身體調節機能疲於應對,導致頭痛、鼻水直流、手腳冰冷等問題。空氣乾燥與不流通長時間開冷氣會讓空氣中的水分被帶走,加上冷氣濾網若未定期清潔,會使鼻黏膜、皮膚及眼睛都感到乾澀刺痛。自律神經失衡自律神經掌管身體體溫與血管收縮等調節功能,冷熱交替的刺激會使其運作紊亂,進而影響睡眠、情緒及整體健康狀態。 如何預防冷氣病?溫度控制:冷氣設定於26°C左右較為適宜,避免冷風直吹,給身體適應時間。定時活動:每隔1小時起身伸展或走動,促進血液循環。調整衣物:隨身攜帶薄外套或披肩,避免冷氣直吹頸肩等部位。維持濕度:使用加濕器或擺放水盆,減少空氣乾燥引發的不適。加強空氣流通:定期開窗或使用空氣清淨機、清洗冷氣濾網,降低空氣中有害氣體與灰塵濃度。自律神經保養:透過冷熱水交替沐浴、定期運動、良好作息來強化身體調節機能。 辦公室族群特別注意根據臨床觀察,長時間處於冷氣房的辦公族群(尤其是女性)更容易受到影響,出現所謂「辦公室症候群」。這不僅是冷氣病的延伸,也與密閉空間內的二氧化碳濃度、燈光、姿勢久坐等因素有關。冷氣雖然能帶來短暫的舒適,但若忽略了身體對環境變化的調節負荷,反而可能帶來長期健康風險。從調整空調溫度、改善空氣流通、養成良好生活習慣做起,才能真正享受清涼又健康的夏日生活。 韓國鄭多燕算什麼!印度鄭多燕讓一名網友跳3個月就瘦20斤!才剛開始看,就辣到噴鼻血了!吃對油脂才有「易瘦體質」!每天一匙降血壓、改善血流、減少罹癌率|每日健康 Health
