降血壓不能只靠藥!營養師:鉀攝取不足是關鍵 3食物助血壓回穩
不少高血壓患者即使每天按時吃藥,血壓仍忽高忽低。營養師曉晶在臉書粉絲專頁「營養師媽媽曉晶的生活筆記」分享,關鍵可能是身體「鉀」攝取不足。鉀能幫助血管放鬆,加速排出體內多餘的鈉,有助於控制血壓。營養師曉晶提醒,鉀是現代人最常缺乏的礦物質,尤其是現代人經常外食或吃加工食品,鈉攝取偏高而鉀偏低,血壓自然難以穩定。她引用2024年《Clin Hypertens》的研究,研究顯示,食物中的鈉和鉀與血壓的關聯最為密切;低鈉飲食和高鉀飲食已被證實對降血壓有明顯的作用,尤其對高血壓族群更為顯著。此外,《Nutrients》2020年研究也指出,體內鈉鉀比越高,罹患高血壓的風險越高。她建議,高血壓患者可從日常飲食改善,多攝取含鉀的食物,例如:早餐加一根香蕉、午餐多一碗菠菜、晚餐將白飯換成地瓜,這3樣都是天然高鉀食物,有助降低血壓。她強調,除了服藥,調整飲食、增加蔬果、減少鹽分攝取,讓鉀鈉比例回到健康範圍,也是控制血壓的重要方法。 嫌女友每日做1事!男大生直呼「形象崩壞」 網友罵翻:沒有女生適合你逢9必跳?傳蘋果2027再度「跳號」 迎接iPhone 20週年
