智慧型手機普及後,傳訊息成為多數人的溝通主流,但另一種現象也悄悄擴大——越來越多人「怕講電話」。社群上對於「電話恐懼症」討論聲量飆升,據《TVBS》報導,身心診所暨心理衛生中心院長楊聰財解析,這種常見於年輕族群的社交焦慮形式,其成因、身心反應與改善方式都成為焦點。電話恐懼是誰的「剋星」?調查顯示,18~35歲族群最容易出現電話恐懼症。楊聰財指出,這群人長期偏好「非同步溝通」,例如果訊息、貼圖與語音留言,因為能自己決定節奏、先想好怎麼回覆,使得電話這種「立即反應」的溝通方式變成壓力來源。習慣文字交流、較少面對面互動的人,接到突如其來的電話時,焦慮會更加明顯。此外,具有社交焦慮、容易擔心被評價、害怕冷場者,也是高風險族群;內向或高敏感性人格的人,對突發刺激更敏感,手機鈴聲甚至也可能成為壓力來源。電話恐懼症是什麼?常見特徵一次看許多患者會出現的典型反應鈴聲響起瞬間感到不安接電話前會在心中「排練台詞」刻意拖延直到電話自動掛斷對未知來電特別緊張要回電時感到沉重或猶豫 身體反應心跳速度明顯加快手心冒汗、肩頸緊繃呼吸變快想按靜音、甚至逃避嚴重者可能出現恐慌症輕微症狀電話恐懼怎麼影響生活? 職場、家庭、人際關係全面受挫長期回避講電話,可能造成職場溝通受阻,回覆延遲易被誤會;容易錯過客戶、醫院、家人等重要來電;需要打電話預約時感到困難;緊急狀況時無法即時求助;經常被誤會缺乏禮貌或不重視對方;伴侶、家人之間也可能因此衍生衝突。有專家指出,長期依靠文字訊息確實可能讓人際互動變得更疏離。如何改善電話恐懼?醫師曝「循序建議」更有效楊聰財表示,電話恐懼症並非不能改善,關鍵是「逐步訓練大腦適應」。他建議可試著循序漸進練習通話,先從壓力最低的對象開始,例如先從家人、熟人作為練習,再到餐廳訂位、陌生但非壓力來源,最後再嘗試正式工作電話。每天1次、小步驟就能慢慢降低焦慮。也可在接電話前先做準備,例如先寫下重點、要問的問題或常用開場白,當有預料之外的突發狀況發生時可以用:「不好意思,我查詢後再回覆您。」「我聽得不太清楚,可以再重說一次嗎?」當掌控感越高,焦慮就會越低。此外,亦可把來電聲音換成讓自己安心、喜愛的鈴聲,在趕到焦慮時,先使用腹式呼吸減緩身體緊繃感,讓電話環境變得更友善。然而,若焦慮已嚴重影響生活,可諮詢臨床心理師或精神科醫師進行治療。年輕人買房煩惱大!老屋大坪數vs.新成屋小宅 網友存錢買房「真心抉擇大公開」育兒友善天花板!鼎泰豐「讀心術級」服務再爆紅 服務生像會通靈網驚:太離譜了
