端午吃粽子小心「這病」找上身!醫揭4撇步控油膩 另外準備這類食材更健康
 一年一度的端午佳節即將到來,除了玩立蛋、划龍舟之外,最少不了的就是吃粽子。對此,陽明交大附醫神經外科主治醫師謝炳賢提醒,粽子屬於高油、高鹽的食物,因此貼心分享4個吃粽子的小撇步,包括適量品嘗不過量、搭配蔬果減油膩、攝取充足蛋白質及減少使用沾醬,讓民眾吃得開心又無負擔。 ▲ 粽子屬於高油、高鹽的食物,若有心血管疾病的患者不小心食用過量,可能會造成身體負擔。(示意圖/每日健康) 謝炳賢在臉書專頁《守護家人的帶刀侍衛 謝炳賢醫師|宜蘭神經外科推薦 礁溪診所 陽明醫院 頸椎 腰椎 微創手術》發文提到,粽子大多以糯米、滷肉、蛋黃和栗子等食材組成,屬於高熱量、高油分的食物,若有心血管疾病的患者不小心食用過量,可能會造成身體負擔,建議淺嚐即可,最好控制在一天一顆或每餐半顆,並取代原先正餐中的白飯,以防止血糖和血壓升高的問題。謝炳賢表示,有些人會單獨把粽子當成一餐,不僅會脂肪攝取過多,也會造成一天的膳食纖維攝取不足,不妨額外準備一份青菜,像是茄子、瓠瓜、菜豆等,並把桃子、西瓜、水梨等新鮮水果作為飯後點心,是解膩又消暑的好選擇。另外,雖然粽子含有滷肥肉、蛋黃等食材,但烹飪過程中會添加較多油脂和調味,容易造成脂肪和膽固醇攝取過多,可以改使用瘦肉、雞肉、豆干等食材,增加蛋白質的攝取量,或是額外準備低脂高蛋白的料理,讓飲食更加均衡營養。 謝炳賢強調,許多人吃粽子時,喜歡搭配甜辣醬、番茄醬、醬油膏等,但粽子本身的鹽分、糖份和油脂含量較高,對三高患者來說無疑是一大負擔,建議減少使用沾醬,或改用蒜頭、香菜、辣椒等天然辛香料與薄鹽醬油調製,不僅達到增添風味的效果,也能吃得更健康。 每次運動完喝「這一杯」,牛仔褲竟然鬆到穿不下!又要買新的,真的很煩惱啊!千萬要小心「這種蟲」!看似普通,下一秒卻會奪走你的命,快傳給家人朋友知道!
