適度賴床有助大腦開機 瑞典研究:反應更快、記憶力更好
適度的貪睡賴床居然可以讓人更清醒?國外最新研究發現,偶爾多設幾個鬧鐘、適度睡回籠覺賴床,能助大腦更清醒,甚至情緒也更穩定,白天上班不會進入喪屍模式。《每日健康 Health》日前在官方臉書粉專分享《Journal of Sleep Research》刊登的瑞典研究結果,發現適度貪睡,其實有助大腦從「睡死」狀態切換到「清醒」模式,如同手機開機需要跑條,喚醒大腦的過程叫做「軟啟動」。該研究找來1,732人進行實驗,當中多數人有「多設鬧鐘 → 再睡回籠覺」的習慣,結果發現,貪睡組的人醒來時頭腦更清楚,算術反應快、記憶力也更好,由於較沒有從深度睡眠中被硬拖醒,不容易睡眼惺忪,白天也不會變成喪屍。此外,就算貪睡,體內的「喚醒激素」皮質醇仍照常運作。所以只要別貪睡過頭,短暫的回籠覺其實對身體有益、符合身體需求。不過關鍵在於「適度」,因為貪睡頻率過高不僅會破壞作息,還會導致睡眠不足。粉專提醒,健康生活需搭配均衡飲食與規律作息,而每個人的身體狀況不同,任何問題都建議尋求專業醫療意見。事實上,今年另一項哈佛醫學研究指出,長期關閉鬧鐘睡短暫回籠覺,反而會中斷睡眠週期、影響睡眠品質,不但無法有效消除疲勞,還會使人更加昏沉難以清醒。不婚不生不買房!台大男工作2年財富自由 揭每月開銷:養活自己綽綽有餘直播突濾鏡消失!爆紅上車舞「楓葉姐姐」真面目曝光 畫面被網截圖瘋傳
