清晨喝咖啡「這時間」最有益!哈佛研究揭示1習慣可降低死亡風險28%
 隨著全球邁向高齡化社會,如何透過日常飲食習慣提升健康與延年益壽,成為許多人的關注焦點。其中,咖啡作為全球最受歡迎的飲品之一,其健康效益早已備受討論。除了咖啡種類與飲用量之外,最新研究顯示,「喝咖啡的時間點」也可能是關鍵因素之一。 根據《歐洲心臟雜誌(European Heart Journal)》2025年2月刊登的哈佛大學研究,由 Wang X 等人主導,對近4萬名美國成年人進行長期追蹤,首次探討咖啡飲用時間與死亡風險的關聯。▍研究對象分為兩種咖啡飲用模式:清晨型:主要在凌晨4點至上午11:59飲用咖啡全天型:早上、中午、晚上皆有飲用咖啡▍主要研究發現:清晨型飲用者的全因死亡風險降低8%至16%心血管疾病相關死亡風險降低13%至31%清晨每日飲用超過2至3杯咖啡者,死亡風險可降低達28%全天型飲用者與死亡風險之間無顯著關聯▍為何清晨喝咖啡更有益?研究提出以下可能機制:咖啡因若在下午或晚上攝取,可能抑制褪黑激素分泌約30%,干擾生理時鐘、提升氧化壓力與心血管疾病風險咖啡的抗發炎物質可與體內日節律性炎症反應同步作用,早上飲用可能更有效發揮其抗發炎與保護作用▍提醒事項:飲用咖啡的時間點可能與健康密切相關,應與攝取量一同納入考量雖然本研究提供關聯性資料,但尚無法證實直接因果關係建議民眾仍以適量、早上飲用為宜,並避免下午或晚上攝取過多咖啡因,以免影響睡眠與生理節律 本研究結果或可解釋過去文獻中,對於大量咖啡攝取與健康風險之間結果不一致的現象,顯示「何時喝」可能與「喝多少」一樣重要。 「蘆薈」保溼效果已經夠強了,加入「這一物」根本打趴一堆專櫃貨!成份純天然而且超、便、宜!常吃不老!只要常吃「這2種」抗氧化食物,身體變靈活了、心靈也輕鬆了,真好!
