少吃多運動反而瘦不了? 醫:其實身體只是嚇壞
記者陳俊宏/綜合報導減重醫師蕭捷健表示,多運動、吃得少,反而瘦不下來?其實你的身體只是嚇壞了!蕭捷健在臉書說,有一名學員在職進修,每天跑半小時,低碳飲食執行得一絲不苟,結果第一個月瘦了3公斤很開心;但第二個月體重停了,體脂反而上升了2%,他嚇到準備兩台體脂計,以為是機器壞了。「碳水循環」:少動一點、多吃一點碳水蕭捷健指出,機器沒壞,其實是學員的策略,一開始就選錯了方向;研究發現,快速減重的受試者,在第6周時每日「基礎代謝率平均下降」244大卡,到第30周更掉了504 大卡,身體的生存機制實在太強大。蕭捷健提到,想破解這個僵局,其實有個「反直覺」的作法,「少動一點、多吃一點碳水」,這就是他推廣很久的「碳水循環」;簡單說,就是看你今天的「活動量」來決定吃多少澱粉:活動量大的高碳日大方吃白飯、義大利麵或貝果,這等於是跟身體喊話:「警報解除!糧食充足!」身體一安心,代謝自然就回來了。活動量小的低碳日改吃纖維豐富的蔬菜和好的澱粉,讓身體休息一下,讓脂肪好好燃燒。蕭捷健表示,他自己在診間看過上萬個案例,發現很多人不是沒毅力,只是方法一開始就選錯了,把自己逼得太緊。點我加ETtoday好友,接收更多新聞大小事。本文轉載自ETtoday,原文標題:少吃多運動反而瘦不了? 醫:其實身體只是嚇壞
