昆凌爺爺奪金牌揭祕! 醫靠3張圖揭震撼對比:有運動肌肉量多1倍
運動不只能延緩老化,甚至讓你70歲還能像40歲一樣強壯。90歲的昆凌爺爺羅倫斯(Laurence Quinlivan)近日在2025雙北世界壯年運動會奪下男子標槍金牌、100公尺短跑銀牌、200公尺短跑銀牌,體力驚人,引發關注。內分泌新陳代謝專科醫師蔡明劼趁勢分享一張磁振造影(MRI)對比圖,直言:「有運動和沒運動,肌肉量差了一倍!」他強調,運動習慣的建立,會直接決定你老後的身體狀態。蔡明劼於臉書粉專貼出三張MRI比對圖,分別是40歲與70歲的三鐵運動員,以及74歲缺乏運動者的腿部橫切影像。圖片中深灰色為肌肉、白色為脂肪,70歲仍有運動習慣者幾乎維持與40歲相近的肌肉量,而74歲沒運動者,大腿幾乎被脂肪取代。他說明,人體在40歲後每年會流失約1%的肌肉,10年內就掉10%,若沒有運動,空出來的部位便由脂肪補位,體重看似相同,實際體態差很大。他進一步指出,許多人誤以為只靠補充蛋白粉就能維持肌肉,但沒有運動刺激,肌肉根本不會成長。「不運動卻狂吃補品,老了只會變成肌少症患者,躺在病床上行動困難。」他建議,無論年紀多大,都應從現在開始運動,尤其要進行有強度、有重量的訓練,最能刺激肌肉維持與成長;即使只是有氧運動,也比完全不動好。蔡明劼最後提醒:「你現在的行為,決定你未來的樣子。」他以昆凌爺爺與泰國105歲人瑞選手為例,皆證明年齡不是限制,只要持續運動,老年也能上場競技。他強調:「做什麼運動都好,重點是開始動起來。」 昆凌爺爺再進帳1銀!對台北soso喊「高雄NO.1」 陳其邁回應了世壯運手錶又出包!電池製造日期疑遭「改標」 網友一看驚呆了
