與其糾結睡姿不如睡得好! 預防失智醫師給的睡眠建議
【NOW健康 辰蘊如/台北報導】最近有研究顯示「仰睡會讓失智風險增加」,不少人因此開始擔心自己的睡姿。但在你急著調整睡姿之前,睡得好不好才是真正防失智的關鍵。睡姿影響失智風險? 現階段科學證據仍不足科學家確實在老鼠實驗中發現側躺時大腦清除廢物的效率比較好,也有研究觀察到神經退化患者每晚仰睡超過2小時的比例較高。但究竟是仰睡導致疾病,還是生病後的人因為活動力下降才更常仰睡,目前的研究只能證明兩者有關聯,無法確定因果關係;現階段科學證據仍不足,需要再更深入的研究才能斷定。台安醫院神經內科余依靜醫師指出,人在睡眠中本來就會不停翻身;如果刻意維持某個姿勢,反而會影響睡眠品質。大腦在深層睡眠時能有效清除廢物,而深層睡眠需要的是放鬆與舒適,睡眠不足可能增加失智風險。預防失智症上身的關鍵 醫:睡好覺才是真理然而,與其糾結睡姿不如把注意力放在真正有效的方法。余依靜醫師建議,建立規律作息是第一步,每天固定時間睡覺和起床,包括週末也盡量維持。還有睡眠環境要保持安靜、黑暗,移除會發光的電子設備。此外,睡前1到2小時遠離手機和電腦,以免藍光會干擾褪黑激素分泌讓人更難入睡。白天的生活習慣同樣重要,規律運動能提升睡眠品質,多接觸早晨陽光有助於調節生理時鐘。余依靜醫師表示,某些特殊情況像是孕婦左側躺能減輕子宮壓迫,胃食道逆流患者左側躺能減少逆流,睡眠呼吸中止症患者側睡能避免呼吸道阻塞等狀況的確有較佳睡姿。但對一般人來說,放鬆地躺在舒適的床上,讓身體自然選擇最舒服的姿勢就好。如果有持續性的睡眠困擾、嚴重打鼾或呼吸暫停,應該尋求專業醫療協助。# 首圖來源/Freepik更多NOW健康報導▸子宮手術後擔心會影響受孕? 選擇適當的手術方式及防沾黏醫材是重要措施▸你「左流右新」了嗎? 秋冬及早接種疫苗防病毒護健康NOW健康:FB │ IG │ Threads │ YT │ 官方LINE │ 醫級邦 │ 健康安妞 Podcast❤溫馨提醒:歡迎轉傳「原始文章連結」分享,未經授權,請勿複製圖文轉貼本文。
