半蹲尿練腿力、站著尿省水?錯誤姿勢恐釀頻尿下背痛 3動作改善
記者洪巧藍/台北報導上廁所尿尿姿勢不正確會引發問題!有些人會因為公共廁所不乾淨而採取半蹲姿勢尿尿,或者因為尿尿速度不夠快、尿不乾淨而肚子用力甚至壓肚子,泌尿科醫師指出,這些情況恐使骨盆底肌緊繃收縮,長時間下來反而會讓排尿排不乾淨、頻尿,甚至下背痛或下腹部疼痛;另有些人會趁洗澡時站著尿尿省水,醫師也提出看法與建議。書田診所泌尿科主任醫師張雲筑在「書田會客室」影片中分享三大常見尿尿姿勢問題,分別是半蹲尿、尿尿用力甚至壓肚子、站著尿。有些人因為廁所不乾淨不敢坐著尿,而改採取半蹲姿勢比較衛生,甚至認為這樣可以順便練腿力,這其實是錯誤的。張雲筑指出,一個功能良好的排尿姿勢是尿道張開膀胱收縮尿液有效率的排空,採取半蹲姿勢時骨盆底肌會緊繃收縮,這樣的狀態排尿會讓尿道無法完全張開,甚至提早關閉,久而久之膀胱的排空效率會變差,建議盡量不要半蹲尿。另一種情況,有些人因為急著尿尿或者覺得尿得太慢,肚子用力甚至用手來擠壓肚子。張雲筑指出,肚子出力擠壓膀胱本身的尿並不會因此加強排空,反而會導致周邊的骨盆底肌緊繃收縮,排尿過程中尿道提早關閉,長久下來膀胱裡面的尿是尿不乾淨的。日前網路上也熱議洗澡的時候站著順便尿尿,那既方便又省水。張雲筑說,如果洗澡時本來就想尿尿,站著尿沒有問題,但問題如果為了省水在沒有尿意的情況下硬要尿出來,這樣會下意識的腹部出力來擠壓膀胱,誘發排尿反射,長久下來膀胱和尿道旁的骨盆底肌也會緊繃收縮,使得排尿效率下降,尿不乾淨卻有頻尿問題。長時間骨盆底過度的緊繃,除了頻尿、尿不乾淨,甚至還會有下背痛或者是下腹部疼痛的問題。書田物理治療科主任蔡佩玲則分享可用三個動作來延展放鬆緊繃的骨盆底肌肉群:一、平躺蝴蝶式在睡前平躺屈膝腳掌相對,腳張開往兩側靠在枕頭上,手放膝蓋,讓膝蓋往床的方向輕輕下壓,骨盆底肌展開會有酸的感覺。鼻子深吸氣五秒鐘,讓腹部鼓起,骨盆底往下推,接著嘴緩慢吐氣五秒鐘,完成一次的動作。每天睡前要做五次深呼吸的平躺蝴蝶式,有助伸展骨盆底肌。二、滾筒按摩式使用輔助道具運動滾筒來按摩髂腰肌的肌肉和筋膜,目標是下腹延伸到鼠蹊部,再連動到大腿前側的骨盆底肌肉群。用手肘支撐趴在瑜伽墊上。將滾筒壓在大腿下。身體前後滾動五次。感覺大腿肌肉微微的酸痛。接著單腿屈膝往外張開,將滾筒放在大腿內側,靠近鼠蹊部的位置,左右滾動五次。每天兩邊各做一回。三、金雞獨立式找一個可以輔助的穩定柱子或牆面,站直不能彎腰駝背。右手扶牆,右腳站穩,左腳向後鉤,左手拉起腳背,讓腳跟盡量的碰到臀部,感覺到左大腿前側到鼠蹊部的肌肉被拉開,會有一些緊繃感。這樣的動作維持20秒鐘,重複三次後再換邊做,建議可以早晚各一回金雞獨立式。點我加ETtoday好友,接收更多新聞大小事。
