飯後秒睡是警訊!醫揭「食物昏迷」恐是血糖劇烈波動前兆 當心胰島素阻抗與脂肪肝
【NOW健康 辰蘊如/台北報導】38歲的王先生在辦公室吃完自助餐便當後,常感到無法抵抗的睡意席捲而來,必須一段午睡才能繼續下午的工作。這種「食物昏迷」的狀態他早已習以為常,卻不知道這可能是身體發出的警訊。血糖劇烈波動 恐是罪魁禍首許多人以為飯後想睡是血液集中到腸胃導致腦部血流量下降,但這個機轉可能只是原因之一。新陳代謝專科醫師鄭畬方表示,飯後想睡的成因也可能是血糖升高或劇烈波動造成,當身體大量攝取精緻澱粉、含糖飲料或高升糖指數食物時,血糖會快速飆升,身體為調節血糖會大量分泌胰島素。過剩的胰島素分泌會導致血糖反向下降變成低血糖,使腦部營養不足而產生強烈睏倦感,這種胰島素過度分泌會造成胰臟負擔,成為糖尿病的前兆。鄭畬方醫師指出,脂肪肝是造成胰島素阻抗最重要的機制之一,肝臟累積的脂肪組織會引發炎症反應,透過細胞激素影響胰島素功能,即使胰島素正常分泌也無法在肝細胞中發揮作用。長期下來,這種惡性循環不僅增加第二型糖尿病風險,也可能導致脂肪肝甚至肝硬化。三大升糖陷阱 藏在日常飲食鄭畬方醫師解釋,精緻澱粉食物像是白米飯、白麵包、糯米飯、麵條等經過精緻加工的澱粉,因缺乏膳食纖維、維生素B群及礦物質,若本身胰島素分泌功能較差的患者,容易導致血糖快速上升,長期攝取會讓血糖像雲霄飛車般劇烈起伏,進而產生胰島素阻抗並提高糖尿病風險。再來就是含糖飲料與加工食品等攝取較多高果糖玉米糖漿的飲食,也會提高肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝、心血管疾病和痛風的發生率;即使標榜蜂蜜或蔗糖的飲料,只要是額外添加的糖都屬於精緻糖,一樣會造成血糖上升。想改善飯後嗜睡問題,鄭畬方醫師建議調整飲食結構,可用糙米、五穀米取代白米、並選擇全麥土司而非白吐司,平日三餐將主食份量減少,以多增加蔬菜攝取。採用「先吃蔬菜、再吃肉、最後吃白飯」的進食順序,膳食纖維能延緩後續糖質吸收,有效穩定血糖波動。若經常出現飯後強烈睏倦、吃飽沒多久又餓或吃飯速度很快等狀況,建議就醫檢查血糖與肝功能指數,及早發現問題才能避免走向糖尿病與脂肪肝的不歸路。# 首圖來源/Freepik更多NOW健康報導▸不只變年輕!提眉手術無年齡限制 依不同需求訂製療程▸手腳痠麻恐是骨刺壓迫 以退化、勞力姿態、外傷較常見NOW健康:FB │ IG │ Threads │ YT │ 官方LINE │ 醫級邦 │ 健康安妞 Podcast❤溫馨提醒:歡迎轉傳「原始文章連結」分享,未經授權,請勿複製圖文轉貼本文。
