記者陳俊宏/綜合報導您也是上班到下午就想睡覺嗎?代謝科醫師陳潔雯提醒,上班族午餐怎麼吃,決定你下午的專注力與工作效率!像炸雞便當、滷肉飯、義大利麵、糕點、含糖飲料會讓血糖快速飆升,又急速下降。她分享「午餐聰明吃」3個秘訣,包括「原型食物」、「足量優質蛋白」、「好油不可少」。陳潔雯在臉書說,許多高階主管和忙碌的商務人士中午隨便吃,下午卻常常覺得昏沉、提不起勁,甚至感到焦慮或想睡,這可能不是你精神不好,而是午餐選錯了!陳潔雯分享3個「午餐聰明吃」的秘訣,讓你的身體能量穩定,腦袋清晰,告別下午倦怠感:1、優選「原型食物」,拒絕精緻澱粉炸彈!NG: 炸雞便當、滷肉飯、義大利麵、糕點、含糖飲料...這些會讓血糖快速飆升,接著又急速下降,導致你下午昏昏欲睡、情緒不穩。OK: 選擇糙米、五穀米、地瓜、藜麥等全穀類澱粉,搭配足量蛋白質(魚、雞胸、豆腐、蛋)及豐富蔬菜。全穀類能提供穩定且持久的能量,避免血糖劇烈波動,有助於內分泌平衡。2、足量「優質蛋白」,維持飽足感與肌肉量!NG: 只吃菜或只吃澱粉的組合。OK: 每餐務必攝取足夠優質蛋白質。它們不僅能提供飽足感,減少餐後飢餓感,更是維持肌肉量、穩定血糖不可或缺的營養素。小技巧: 可以多吃雞胸肉、魚肉、無糖豆漿、蛋、希臘優格等。3、「好油」不可少,助消化、護大腦!NG: 避免油炸、過多加工的食物。OK: 選擇含有健康脂肪的食物,如酪梨、堅果、橄欖油、深海魚。適量好脂肪有助於營養吸收、提供飽足感,對大腦功能和荷爾蒙分泌也有益處。陳潔雯說,記住你吃的每一餐,都在為你的身體「充電」!選擇一份聰明的午餐,不只讓你下午精神滿滿,長期下來更是對你內分泌系統和整體健康最好的投資。點我加ETtoday好友,接收更多新聞大小事。
