放假只想躺平耍廢?心理師:小心越躺越憂鬱 還會影響睡眠品質

上班憂鬱煩悶,放假就想整天躺床?小心越躺越憂鬱!很多人下班、放假的放鬆方式就是躺著滑手機、追劇,餓了就叫外送,最好可以整天不出門。

余佳容心理師在其臉書專頁《情緒覺察筆記 余佳容心理師 情感關係 禪繞課程 台北心理諮商 陪伴心理體系》提出,躺著一整天的可能無法真正幫助你放鬆,反而可能讓你更憂鬱,原因有以下5個:

1. 運動不足

長時間躺著會導致缺乏運動,而運動不足會減少體內血清素和多巴胺等對情緒有正面影響的神經遞質分泌,讓人更容易感到憂鬱。

2. 社交孤立

總是待在家裡會減少與人互動的機會,缺乏社交也是導致憂鬱的重要因素之一。

3. 生理節奏紊亂

躺太久會打亂正常的生理節奏,例如睡眠、進食時間等,這會影響大腦化學物質的正常分泌,進而影響情緒。

4. 自我價值感下降

無所事事會降低自尊和成就感,長期下來,會增加負面自我評價,進而提高憂鬱的風險。

5. 注意力集中在消極想法

躺著無所事事時,注意力更容易集中在消極、負面的想法上,這會加重憂鬱情緒。

此外,整天窩在床上,讓大腦無法分辨床是該清醒還是該睡覺的地方,這會影響睡眠品質,進一步增加憂鬱傾向,形成惡性循環。因此,不妨多出去走走,或者和朋友見面聊聊天吧!
