換季關節痠痛?中醫授「4穴道保健」 每次按3-5分效果佳

到了秋天,天氣變化很大,很多年紀比較大的長輩都會感覺關節痠痛。對此,台北潤中醫診所院長艾莉絲指出,換季時,適合按摩合谷穴、足三里穴、曲池穴和膝眼穴,有助於改善關節健康。

艾莉絲在臉書專頁《艾莉絲學姊 中醫皮膚科專科醫師》發文說明,合谷穴位於手背大拇指和食指之間的凹陷處,是中醫常用的止痛穴位,按壓此穴有助於緩解全身疼痛,包括關節痠痛;足三里穴位於小腿前外側的髕骨下緣三寸處,是一個增強免疫力和改善關節健康的重要穴位。

艾莉絲表示,曲池穴位於肘橫紋外側端,肘關節彎曲時的凹陷處,此穴有助於緩解上肢和肘關節的痠痛;膝眼穴則位於膝蓋骨兩側的凹陷處,對於緩解膝關節疼痛有顯著效果。

最後,艾莉絲提醒,不管按哪一個穴道,每次都是要按大概3~5分鐘左右,且要每天持續地按才有用。
