澱粉「吃對時間點」不會胖! 研究:還燃燒更多脂肪

想要減肥,許多人都把澱粉視為最大敵人,避之唯恐不及,不過減重醫師蕭捷健引述國外研究發現,選在「運動後」吃碳水化合物,不但不會直接變成脂肪堆積,攝入的碳水還能幫助補充肝糖,以備身體進行下次運動,並燃燒更多脂肪,因此只要運動得當,完全不用擔心。

蕭捷健醫師在粉專發文分享,門診有學員在運動後吃麵包,內心充滿罪惡感,擔心運動後吃麵包、義大利麵等精緻碳水化合物會使人變胖。他引述一項加拿大研究「只要運動得當,完全不用擔心。」研究請不運動、輕度運動與中度運動的三組受試者吃下標記過「碳-13」的義大利麵,其特殊標記能讓科學家精準追蹤碳水化合物在體內的去向,看看是變成能量、肝糖或是轉化為脂肪。

結果顯示,沒運動的組別,吃下義大利麵後,生成約4.6克的脂肪;而輕度運動組,則燃燒14.1克脂肪,並儲存部分碳水化合物作為肝糖;至於中度運動組,燃燒了32.3克脂肪,身體將更多的碳水化合物用來補充肝糖,而不是轉化成脂肪。

「運動後吃澱粉,像義大利麵這樣的碳水,不會直接變成脂肪堆積!」蕭捷健強調。相反地,在適當運動後攝入碳水不僅可以幫助補充肝糖,讓身體準備好進行下一次運動,還能燃燒更多脂肪。他說,下次運動完別擔心吃那碗義大利麵了,它有助於恢復能量、增強肌肉。
