只要三種食材【約克夏布丁】

Yorkshire pudding是英國傳統的配菜點心,雖然叫布丁但更像口感QQ的麵包,食材的黃金比例為1:1:1~會呈杯塔形狀,中間凹陷及綿軟,外皮香脆,容易吸附肉汁或淋醬,甜鹹口味都非常適合喔~

食材

  • 中筋麵粉, 120g
  • 鮮奶, 120g
  • 雞蛋, 120g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將雞蛋和鮮奶拌勻image步驟 2:加入過篩的麵粉拌至柔順image步驟 3:直徑約5公分的杯子蛋糕模12入,可先在烤模裡抹上一層奶油,並倒入麵糊(只要到容器的一半)image步驟 4:烤箱200度預熱完後,放進去烘烤20分鐘(烤溫及時間請依照家裡烤箱調整)image步驟 5:出爐後即可淋上蜂蜜果醬...或是鹹的肉醬...等享用image步驟 6:此配方是原味,本身QQ沒味道,可以加入適量的糖或鹽巴...等香料,做出各種口味的約克夏布丁喔^^
