香甜美味的小點心!紫地瓜流心糯米糍

紫地瓜流心糯米糍

這是東南亞的甜點,跟香港的糯米糍不同。可用地瓜或紫地瓜,混合糯米粉,最後再煮熟即可。裡面包著糖,煮熟後就有流心效果,超美味!

食材

  • 紫地瓜泥, 200克
  • 糯米粉, 60克
  • 水, 適量
  • 紅糖/椰糖, 適量
  • 椰蓉, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:紫地瓜泥食譜>https://icook.tw/recipes/246771image步驟 2:逐少將糯米粉加入紫地瓜泥內,拌勻成麵糰 (如果你的紫地瓜不夠甜,可加點砂糖)image步驟 3:如麵糰太乾,可加點水,如太濕,可加點糯米粉 (*因紫地瓜水份不同,要按需要加水)image步驟 4:拿出一份麵糰,加入紅糖/椰糖,包好,搓圓image步驟 5:將粉糰放入沸水內,用中火煮至糯米糍浮上水面,撈起,瀝乾水份image步驟 6:再沾滿椰蓉即成!image步驟 7:如圖
