泌尿科醫師戴定恩近日在臉書上分享,骨盆底肌肉的鍛鍊對男性健康至關重要。他指出,許多男性在進行籃球、跑步等日常運動時,可能會遇到漏尿的尷尬情況,甚至影響性功能。這些問題可能源於骨盆底肌肉力量不足。戴定恩強調,透過凱格爾運動可強化骨盆底肌肉,每天花3分鐘就能帶來全天候的保護。

骨盆底肌肉是從恥骨延伸至尾骨的關鍵肌肉群,不僅掌管著我們的排尿與排便功能,更是支撐體內器官的重要支柱,同時也與性功能的維持息息相關。然而,當這些肌肉變得鬆弛無力時,日常生活中的一些簡單動作,例如打噴嚏、深蹲或跑步,都可能導致令人尷尬的尿失禁問題。

戴定恩強調,透過規律地進行凱格爾運動,可以有效強化骨盆底肌肉,提升對身體的控制力。無論是在運動場上、洗手間,甚至是親密時刻,都能更加自信從容。

戴定恩提供訓練骨盆底肌肉的技巧,首先,在如廁時嘗試中斷排尿,用力憋住尿的肌肉就是骨盆底肌;再來,練習收縮運動,同時收縮尿道和肛門周圍的肌肉,保持正常呼吸,維持3至5秒,然後完全放鬆。每天做3組,每組10次,間隔3至5秒再做下一組。這些練習不受時間地點限制,任何零碎時間皆可進行。

戴定恩強調,透過運動訓練,可以雕塑身體肌肉線條,而凱格爾運動則有助於強化男性生殖器功能。他鼓勵大家勇於嘗試,別因害羞而卻步,每天只需花費3分鐘,就能帶來全天候的安心感。
