香脆咖哩角 【免油炸】

咖哩角絕對是其中最受歡迎的小吃,金黃酥脆可口,一口一個,超美味!這個是烤箱版,不用油炸,減輕負擔!烤後超酥脆,作下午茶點或派對小吃,必定大受歡迎呦~

食材

  • 春卷皮, 10張
  • 馬鈴薯, 2個
  • 紅蘿蔔, 1根
  • 青豆, 適量
  • 咖哩粉, 2小匙
  • 黃薑粉, 1/2 小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:先將馬鈴薯,紅蘿蔔切丁。熱鍋下油,然後下咖哩粉及黃薑粉,用小火炒30秒image步驟 2:下馬鈴薯及紅蘿蔔丁,炒數分鐘,然後下水,蓋上鍋蓋,用中小火煮約10分鐘,或至馬鈴薯軟熟image步驟 3:下青豆多炒數分鐘,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,盛起待涼備用image步驟 4:將春卷皮切成兩半, 如很大的春卷皮,可分成三塊image步驟 5:將餡料放在春卷皮的一端*不要放太多餡料image步驟 6:將春卷皮折下,塗麵粉水封口image步驟 7:然後再折,再封口。封口處朝下image步驟 8:將咖哩餃放在烘焙紙上,在表面塗一層蛋液。放入已預熱180度烤箱,烤約10 -15分鐘,至表面金黃色即成~image步驟 9:如圖
