泡菜玫瑰花餃

層次分明的花餃,像極了一朵朵盛開的玫瑰,如此讓人賞心悅目的花餃,還真有點捨不得吃啊~吃上一朵花相當於五顆水餃,這整盤母女三人解決掉,我和小妞吃兩朵就飽了,平常的我們食量也沒有很大,有吃飽就好,不會讓自己吃得太撐而難受,剩下三朵則是正在青春期的大妞嗑完,最近她的食量真的超驚人捏,同學也被她嚇到了,這麼會吃還這麼瘦,只能說有口福啦!玫瑰花餃成品漂亮,且好看又好吃,有讓您心動的感覺了嗎? 不妨來試試唷~

食材

  • 豬絞肉, 215g
  • 泡菜(剁碎), 120g
  • 水餃皮, 35張
  • 調味料
  • 低鹽醬油, 2小匙
  • 香油, 1/2小匙
  • 胡椒鹽, 1/4小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:如圖image步驟 2:將豬絞肉、泡菜加入所有調味料,攪拌均勻至有黏性。image步驟 3:將5張餃子皮平舖,放上一層絞肉;接著將餃皮往上對折,再由左到右捲起呈花型。 ※ 餃子皮1/3疊合處抹上少許水黏合,並稍微按壓一下避免鬆開。 ※ 第一張與第五張對折餃皮最邊處,抹上少許水黏合。image步驟 4:完成後,略為整形成玫瑰花型。image步驟 5:平底鍋加入少許油,再放入玫瑰花餃,以中小火油煎至底部略微黃。image步驟 6:加水至玫瑰花餃1/3高的水量,蓋上鍋蓋蒸煮3分鐘,水乾時再加水(此步驟重複3次),最後一次水乾後轉小火將花餃底部煎至金黃洽洽即可。
