愛喝1健康飲中風機率飆2倍「女性更明顯」 醫師曝1物可緩解

天氣炎熱的盛夏,不少人都會習慣喝一杯飲料解暑,不過別以為喝果汁就是健康飲料,腎臟科醫師江守山引述研究報告指出,濃縮果汁若添加糖與防腐劑,會增加中風風險,女性尤為明顯,但多喝水有助於減少含糖飲料的影響。

江守山於臉書以「果汁飲料提升中風風險」為題,並引述愛爾蘭高威大學的研究後撰文指出,濃縮果汁加糖與添加劑會使中風風險增加37%,倘若每天飲用2杯或2杯以上,風險則會增加2倍,「女性飲用濃縮果汁的風險尤其高。」

不少消費者還以為喝果汁,就是選擇健康的飲品,然而健康一詞並非適用於所有果汁,研究員安德魯史密斯說明:「鮮榨果汁最有可能帶來益處,但濃縮果汁製成的果汁飲料,如果添加了大量糖和防腐劑,可能有害。」

江守山表示,可樂與碳酸飲料也會增加中風風險,每天1杯這類飲料會增加約22%中風風險,而每天喝2至3杯的人風險則會更高。不過好消息是「水可以抵消含糖飲料的一些不良影響」。

江守山提醒民眾要適當控制含糖飲料的攝取,而多喝水也有助於抵消含糖飲料的影響。研究人員說明,每天喝7杯或更多的水,則可以降低中風風險,有助維持心血管健康,而該份研究報告是相關人員分析約2.7萬人的風險因子。
