比睡不夠更可怕!1睡法恐增78%死亡風險 醫揭「最健康睡眠公式」

女性注意!很多人以為只要每天睡滿7至8小時就能確保健康,但南韓最新一項長期研究卻推翻這個迷思!研究顯示,睡眠「不規律」比睡得多或睡得少更危險,甚至可能讓死亡風險暴增近8成。

這項研究由南韓漢陽大學醫院心臟內科團隊主導,追蹤9,641名年齡介於40至69歲的成人,平均觀察超過15年,並於上週二(19日)刊登在國際學術期刊《Scientific Reports》。

研究結果發現

  • 每天規律睡7~8小時→死亡風險最低
  • 超過8小時→死亡風險增加 27%
  • 少於7小時→死亡風險增加11%
  • 短睡眠+不規律→死亡風險上升28%
  • 長睡眠+不規律→死亡風險飆升 33%
  • 研究還發現,性別差異相當明顯!男性若「睡太少 + 作息不規律」,死亡風險最高可增加 38%女性若「睡太多 + 作息不規律」,死亡風險竟然比一般人高出78%,比男性嚴重得多。

    同時,不同年齡層的風險也不同:

  • 40多歲族群 對「睡眠不足」最敏感
  • 60歲以上族群 則更容易受到「過度睡眠」影響
  • 規律比長短更重要!研究主持人朴鎮圭教授強調,睡眠不足、過度睡眠,甚至睡眠呼吸中止症,都可能傷害心血管健康、縮短壽命。

    因此他建議民眾每天在固定時間就寢、起床、維持7至8小時規律睡眠、依不同性別與年齡,調整個人睡眠策略。「睡多久不是重點,睡得規律才是延壽關鍵。」朴教授說。
