每天多吃50%蛋白質「瘦得快老得慢」! 醫大推菜單曝光了

許多人為了健康,早餐喝杯豆漿、晚餐吃塊排骨,就以為蛋白質攝取足夠了。但復健科醫師王思恒示警,你可能一直處於「蛋白質貧窮線」以下!他引述最新的《美國人飲食指南科學基礎2025~2030》報告指出,現行的每日建議量(RDA)就像是「基本工資」,只能讓人餓不死,若想瘦得更快、老得更慢,蛋白質攝取量請直接「加碼50%」。

王思恒醫師在粉專「一分鐘健身教室」指出,這份最新的科學報告拋出了震撼彈。我們以為吃夠了,但其實若想過上高品質的健康生活,得賺更多蛋白質。他列出為何該把餐盤裡的蛋白質加量的3大理由:

1. 肌肉是你的「抗老保險金」

攝取蛋白質不只是為了練成大肌肌。研究顯示,攝取每公斤1.2~1.6克的蛋白質,能讓人在減脂過程中,保住那些珍貴的肌肉。

2. 天然的食慾抑制劑

與其靠意志力戒掉手搖飲,不如多吃一塊雞胸肉。王思恒解釋,足夠的蛋白質能精準調節飽足感訊號,讓大腦自動對零食「熄火」。

3. 歲月不是殺豬刀,是「碎肉機」

隨著年紀增長,身體處理蛋白質的效率會變差。醫師強調,「長輩需要的蛋白質其實比年輕人更多!」若不吃夠,恐怕就是在等著肌少症找上門。

到底該吃多少才夠?王思恒建議民眾根據目標「對號入座」:

一般上班族:每天每公斤體重攝取1.2~1.4克。(例如:60公斤的人,請吃滿72~84克)

健身愛好者/重訓族:建議拉高到1.4~1.6克,甚至更高。

長輩:請比照運動員標準,以維持肌肉健康。

最後,王思恒也特別提醒,在多吃蛋白質的同時,別忘了多喝水,並優先選擇植物豆類、魚類與白肉。不過,若本身有腎臟相關病史的民眾,在進行飲食調整前,請務必先諮詢醫師。
