「三餐清淡」壞膽固醇卻飆高 醫:問題不在油

胸腔暨重症科醫師黃軒分享,很多人的血脂反而在「清淡飲食」之後更失控,問題不在「油」,而在你忽略的3件事,包括「精緻碳水」、「基因」、「纖維不足」。

黃軒在臉書分享衛教資訊提到,門診最常見的場景是「不吃炸物」、「不吃紅肉」、「三餐很清淡」,結果報告一出來,LDL(壞膽固醇)飆高。

忽略3件事

黃軒指出,問題不在「油」,而在你忽略的3件事:

1、精緻碳水才是隱形推手

白飯、白麵包、甜飲會讓胰島素上升,刺激肝臟合成更多膽固醇。

2、基因決定你的底線

有些人天生就有家族性高膽固醇(Familial hypercholesterolemia),即使飲食再乾淨,膽固醇仍然偏高,這種情況需醫療介入。

3、纖維不足=少了一個排油系統

可溶性纖維(燕麥、豆類、蔬菜)可以幫助膽汁酸排出,等於把膽固醇「帶走」。但現代人攝取量,通常不到建議的一半。

飲食策略看這

黃軒表示,真正有效的飲食策略不是清淡,是結構:

早餐:高纖+蛋白(燕麥+優格)

午餐:好油+蔬菜(橄欖油+大量菜)

晚餐:低糖+控制澱粉(拳頭大小主食)
